What is being missed by freedom of speech advocates

Do people really understand freedom of speech?

Is the progressive left pushing too far?

With the on-going debate about left vs right, is the progressive left pushing too far in the same way that the far right is pushing too far right?

The real estate system in China is broken - is there any way to fix it?

Are stand-up comedians the social commentators we need... or the ones that know how to cut through the noise?

The debating scene is enormous in China. This is my experience judging in that scene - particularly at the middle and high school level.
